Come join us as we come together to serve our community distributing care-packages while fellowshipping, and offering health informational postcards from the American Diabetes Association. Offering adults to participate in taking the Prediabetes Risk Test. Test Provided by the American Diabetes Association and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
